Glattbrugg: Eiffage Suisse rents at Airportal
Eiffage Suisse has leased two floors with a total of 2,000 sqm of office space in Airportal in Glattbrugg (ZH). SPG Intercity Zurich acted as broker.
The owner of the Airportal office building at Sägereistrasse 10 in Glattbrugg is Turintra AG, a company of the UBS Sima real estate fund. Following the lease to Eiffage Suisse, around 6,000 sqm of space is still available, according to SPG Intercity Zurich. The real estate services provider is in charge of leasing.
Eiffage Suisse will lease the two office floors from June 1 of this year. The project developer and general and total contractor has its headquarters in Balsberg in Kloten.
The Airportal office building is located in Opfikon-Glattbrugg between the airport and the city of Zurich. It is connected to public transport via the nearby Glattbrugg and Opfikon train stations, and the freeway is just a few minutes' drive away. (ah)
