Zurich: IT company rents at Leonardo
An IT company has leased around 460 sqm of office space in the Leonardo commercial building in Zurich-Oerlikon. SPG Intercity Zurich acted as broker.
The international IT company has leased 464 sqm of office space on the fourth floor of Leonardo at Thurgauerstrasse 80 in Zurich-Oerlikon, SPG Intercity Zurich says.
According to the company, the broker had been commissioned to find around 500 sqm of office space in Zurich North with a start date for the lease as soon as possible and to negotiate the lease. The lease had already been concluded at the beginning of 2020. (ah)
