The Circle: SPG Intercity Zurich markets "Headquarters & Offices" module
After a break of several years, SPG Intercity Zurich has once again been commissioned to market the "Headquarters & Offices" area in the major project The Circle at Zurich Airport.

Co-owner The Circle - consisting of Flughafen Zürich AG and Swiss Life - has appointed SPG Intercity Zurich as an external partner to market the vacant office space as of the beginning of 2020, the real estate services provider says.
SPG Intercity Zurich had already been entrusted with the marketing of the Headquarters & Offices module, which covers a total of approximately 70,000 sqm, from the end of 2010 until the fall of 2013. In total, The Circle comprises around 180,000 sqm of usable space. According to SPG Intercity Zurich, around three quarters of all available rental space has already been leased; there is still vacant office space in the "Headquarters & Offices" module. Demand as well as response from potential tenants is good, it adds.
The project team at SPG Intercity consists of Intercity Group owner Herbert Wüst, CEO and Co-Owner of SPG Intercity Zurich Robert Hauri, mandate manager Gabriela Brandenberg (Head Office and Retail) as well as senior consultant Julia Greber and the two consultants Elmin Keranovic and Tom Schiebler.
