New Sber Trading Swiss AG with headquarters in Zug
The newly established Sherbank subsidiary rents office space in Zug's prime location.
Sber Trading Swiss AG has leased an office space of around 266 sqm at Alpenstrasse 9 in Zug. The property is located directly at the train station and is only a few steps away from the lake promenade. Sber Trading Swiss AG, a subsidiary of the internationally active Sberbank founded in February 2020 and active in commodity trading, commissioned SPG Intercity Zurich to find a location in Zug.
The real estate service provider was able to arrange a suitable space in the shell, took over the lease negotiations and arranged for an architect to fit out the premises according to the customer's wishes. According to SPG Intercity, the process from project kickoff to handover of the keys took just four months. (bw)
