Uznach: Laying of the foundation stone for Ahornpark
In Uznach (SG), the foundation stone was laid for the Ahornpark residential development - but no celebration took place because of the Covid 19 pandemic.
Ahornpark is being built on a southwestern slope in the Bifang area of Uznach. A total of 52 apartments will be built in five apartment buildings. In the buildings Ahornstrasse 8, 10 and 12, 27 condominiums will be built, plus two apartment buildings with a total of 25 rental apartments. The development will include plenty of open space with green areas, seating, a pergola and a playground.
Sales of the condominiums have started well, according to Lifestyle Immobilien AG from Lachen, which is in charge of marketing. Among other features, the apartments had open kitchens with the Bora system, an induction stove with integrated downward extractor fan, and geothermal probe heating with cooling support in summer. The apartments should be ready for occupancy from November 2021. (ah)
