Start of construction for Field One in Emmer Feldbreite
The realization phase for the Feld Eins project began these days on the Emmer Feldbreite site. The move-in date for the condominiums is scheduled for spring 2022.
Although the symbolic ground-breaking ceremony had to be dispensed with due to the coronavirus epidemic, construction on the Feld Eins project in Emmen was able to start as planned these days. According to the concept of Graber Pulver Architekten, 3.5 to 5.5 room condominiums are being built on the Emmer Feldbreite, all equipped with outdoor spaces such as gardens, terraces, conservatories or loggias.
All apartments are connected to a photovoltaic system and are certified according to Minergie. Prices range from CHF 565,000 to 1.06 million. According to Ivan Schweizer of Advendis AG in Zug, which is responsible for marketing the apartments, over a third of the apartments have already been allocated. (bw)
