Rorschach: Löwengarten quarter is ready for occupancy
The Löwengarten quarter in Rorschach (SG), a project by Uze and Rosenberg Invest, is largely completed. The first tenants and businesses are moving in.
After three years of construction, the first tenants and stores will move into the Löwengarten quarter in April, according to Uze AG. On April 2, Denner opened a branch in the quarter, followed by the discount chain Aldi with a new opening at the end of April. Also in April, the Rockstar Café is scheduled to open in Haus Nord.
GSP Treuhand and B+S Invest will move into Haus West. According to Uze AG, there is still commercial space available in the development, which can be developed individually. In addition, nearly 90 2.5-, 3.5- and 4.5-room apartments with large, covered balconies and loggias have been built - some with lake views or private gardens.
The official inauguration of the new quarter is scheduled for the fall of 2020, when the Löwengarten restaurant is also expected to open. (ah)
