Zug: Pharmaceutical company rents in Opus
An international pharmaceutical company leases over 700 sqm of office space in the Opus property in Zug. SPG Intercity Zurich acted as agent.
The pharmaceutical company has commissioned SPG Intercity Zurich to search for a new location in Zug, the real estate service provider says. A suitable space has been found in the Opus property at Dammstrasse 21, right next to Zug train station.
The pharmaceutical company, which has locations in more than 70 countries, has leased the space effective April 1, 2020, with move-in scheduled for July 1, according to SPG Intercity. (ah)
