Crissier: Oassis development is ready for occupancy
The Oassis site development in Crissier (VD), a Patrimonium project, has been completed. The first tenants will move in in May.

The Oassis residential and commercial development has been built on a 5,700 square meter site in Crissier, with an investment of CHF 320 million. The property is owned by the Patrimonium Swiss Real Estate Fund, the Patrimonium Investment Foundation and a vehicle for active investors.
According to earlier information, the new neighborhood was built according to the plans of architects Bauart and KCAP. It includes six residential buildings with green roofs and service areas on the first floor. A seventh building with office space and an 800 sqm public pavilion complete the ensemble. The rental area comprises 53,000 sqm, of which 70% are apartments (about 550 residential units). The remaining 30% is divided between retail and office space. Among others, four restaurants, a grocery store and a gym will be located in the superstructure.
Patrimonium says the move-in of the first tenants in May 2020 marks an important milestone for this project. The Covid 19 crisis has had only a limited impact so far, it said. Among other things, construction had to be suspended for a week and a small portion of the moves had to be postponed for a few weeks. The senior residence, which will have more than 100 apartments, is scheduled to open in September. It will have its own restaurant and a medical care unit. (ah)
