Tour Opale in Chêne-Bourg is completed
On May 20, the Tour Opale high-rise building in Chêne-Bourg (GE) was handed over to the developer SBB Immobilien.
HRS Real Estate was the overall contractor for the 19-story glass tower, which is over 60 meters high. The Tour Opale is located in a new urban district near the new Lake Geneva Express station in Chêne-Bourg. It includes 101 residential units on the top 14 floors, 4,000 square meters of office space and 600 square meters for commercial use.
DIe handover could be completed on time 26 months after the start of construction and despite the current hygiene and clearance measures, informs HRS Real Estate. (ah)
