Solvalor fund buys in Nyon
The real estate fund Solvalor 61 has acquired three properties in Nyon (VD) for around CHF 130 million.

According to Solvalor Fund Management SA, the new acquisition is three buildings under construction at the entrance to the city of Nyon. The project will be implemented in two stages between the end of 2020 and the end of the first half of 2021, it said. It includes 127 residential units with 1.5 to 5.5 rooms, as well as 1,571 sqm for administrative and commercial use, it said. Of these, 375 sqm are to be occupied by a nursery, and negotiations are "at an advanced stage."
The three buildings comply with the Minergie standard; photovoltaic systems on the roof will supply the development with hot water. According to Solvalor Fund Management, the development is located close to stores, schools, sports facilities and public transport and offers a view of the Alps and the Jura Mountains. (ah)
