Zurich: Brandschenkestrasse 47 is fully let
Asset manager Independent Financial Services has leased the last rental unit at Brandschenkestrasse 47 in Zurich-Enge.
Independent Financial Services AG, a company specializing in investment advice and asset management for institutional and private investors, will relocate its current Zurich location at Talstrasse 62 to Brandschenkestrasse. For this purpose, the company has leased around 360 sqm as of September 1, 2020.
This means that the office building is fully leased. SPG Intercity Zurich marketed the total of 2,150 sqm on behalf of the owner Swisscanto Investment Foundation. Among others, the brokerage house was able to win several financial service providers as well as Helvetica Property for the location. (ah)
