Horgen: Start of construction for the first stage Trift Horgen
Trift Bewirtschaftung von Grundstücken AG is planning to build over its properties on Bergstrasse in Horgen. The foundation stone has now been laid for the first construction phase.
On Bergstrasse in Horgen, Trift Bewirtschaftung von Grundstücken AG plans to build rental apartments and workspaces for people of different ages. The buildings will be planned and implemented according to ecologically progressive guidelines. They comply with the goals of the 2000-watt society.
The foundation stone for the first houses of Trift Horgen was laid these days: On the "Areal Kuppe", five two-story wooden houses with characteristic, widely overhanging roofs are being built. The houses are grouped around the new Höhenweg, which will be laid out in a loop on the Kuppe. Each house will contain four maisonettes and two smaller apartments. The building permits for the two other sites "Mitte" and "Fischenrüti" have been issued, and the design plan for "Stotzweid" has been approved. (bw)
