The new La Pâla residential development in Matran (FR) is ready for occupancy. At the end of June, HRS Real Estate SA handed over the keys to the development designed by 2BO Longchamp Architecture to the client CPV/CAP Pensionskasse Coop.
The new neighborhood includes seven buildings with a total of 102 rental apartments (1.5 to 5.5 rooms) and 121 parking spaces. Each building is equipped with solar panels and charging stations for electric vehicles and has a CECB-A label (Cantonal Energy Certificate for Buildings).
The project by HRS Real Estate SA is located in the middle of greenery, close to public transport, main roads and various shopping centers. According to HRS, the total cost is CHF 35 million. (bw)
