Intershop sells land parcel in Winterthur
Intershop has sold a 16,325 sqm land parcel in Oberwinterthur-Neuhegi for CHF 12.2 million.
According to Intershop, the buyer intends to build and operate a data center on the site in the industrial location of Oberwinterthur-Neuhegi. The purchaser has also been granted a compensatory purchase right to acquire a further 11,500 sqm of land within the next five years.
With this transaction and the planned construction of a production hall for Stadler the formerly fallow site was developed within a short time, thus strengthening the industrial location of Oberwinterthur-Neuhegi, says Intershop. (ah)
