New anchor tenant for Rüti Center in Pratteln
The furniture store Mömax rents around 6,500 sqm at the Rüti Center in Pratteln. This is the space previously used by Interio.
According to Helvetica Property, a ten-year lease has been signed with Mömax, a sales division of the Austrian XXXLutz Group. Mömax will take over retail space of more than 6,500 sqm from the previous tenant Interio.
With Mömax as the new anchor tenant, another milestone in the strategic transformation and further development of the entire Rüti Center will be reached, according to Helvetica Property. The retail park spans five buildings on Rütiweg on the outskirts of Pratteln, in close proximity to the highway. It comprises 19,300 sqm of retail space and 500 parking spaces. (ah)
