Procimmo II invests in Küssnacht
Procimmo Swiss Commercial Fund II has purchased a commercial property in Küssnacht (SZ) with a market value of CHF 15.9 million.
According to Procimmo, the property has 9,770 sqm of leasable space and a lot area of 9,543 sqm. It is a commercial and industrial property built in 1999 that also includes office space and 45 parking spaces, it said.
The property is reportedly located on the northern edge of the municipality of Küssnacht on a main road and is highly visible due to its central location on the main road. There is a freeway junction nearby.
At the same time as the purchase, a triple-net lease with a term of twelve years was concluded for the entire property, Procimmo added. The site will be occupied by the same tenant as the Hägglingen property, which the fund purchased in 2019. The company operates internationally and offers plastics solutions, it said.
Procimmo puts the gross yield target on cost price at around 6.52%. After this acquisition, the fair value of the properties of Procimmo Swiss Commercial Fund II is around 510 million. (ah)
