Zurich: MD Group leases in Niederdorf
The cosmetics company MD Group Swiss is opening a store on Marktgasse in Zurich's Niederdorf district. SPG Intercity Zurich acted as broker.
MD Group Swiss is occupying 97 square meters of retail space on the first floor of the property at Marktgasse 18. The company intends to sell high-quality cosmetic products and offer cosmetic treatments there.
According to SPG Intercity, which was commissioned by the owner, the Zunft zur Schmieden guild, one of the convincing features of the location was its high visibility. The building is in a prime location in Zurich's Niederdorf district, right next to the Zunfthaus zur Schmiden. (ah)
