Zurich: Large-scale letting in the Airgate
An international technology company has leased 1,500 sqm of space in the Airgate office building in Zurich-Oerlikon. SPG Intercity Zurich acted as broker.
The company has already been a subtenant in the Airgate at Thurgauerstrasse 40 in Oerlikon on an area of 755 sqm since 2019, and SPG Intercity Zurich was already entrusted with the search for new office space at that time.
A long-term lease has now been signed for the space already rented as well as for a further 755 sqm, for which the real estate services provider also provided support.
The company will move into the new space with immediate effect, says SPG Intercity Zurich. The existing modern extension and the proximity to the Oerlikon train station were arguments in favor of the location. (ah)
