Zurich: Hair & Skin rents at Limmatquai
The Winterthur-based company Hair & Skin is to open a location at Limmatquai 26. The company will be a new tenant of TFG London.
According to real estate service provider SPG Intercity Zurich, it has been commissioned by the previous tenant, fashion company TFG London, to find a new tenant for the 181 square meter retail space at Limmatquai 26 in Zurich.
Hair & Skin, a company specializing in hair transplants among other things, has now opted for the location in Zurich's Old Town. The branch is due to open this summer. According to the real estate agency, the company currently has a location in Winterthur and offers medical hair treatments and transplants at an affordable price. The property on the Limmatquai shopping mile impressed with its central, highly visible location directly at the foot of the Grossmünster.
Robert Hauri, co-owner and CEO of SPG Intercity Zurich, says that innovative service providers, for example with health, wellness and beauty concepts, are replacing traditional retail outlets in highly frequented locations in order to attract new customers, a trend that has been observed in the retail market for several years.
