Buchs: Acron concludes lease agreement for office space
Acron Helvetia I AG has concluded a seven-year lease agreement for its property in Buchs (ZH).
The new lease has a term through Sept. 30, 2027, with an option to extend for five years, according to a statement from Acron Helvetia I AG.
This means that around 68% of the rental space of the office and logistics building at Furtbachstrasse 16-18 in Buchs is now leased, generating around 78% of the property's target rent. The total contracted rent for the property will thus be around CHF1.02 million on January 1, 2021, Acron added. (ah)
