CBRE opens office in Lausanne
The real estate services provider CBRE has announced the opening of an office in Lausanne. Around 20 employees will work at the location in the future.
Last fall, CBRE had acquired i Consulting, based in Lausanne, a company specialized in valuations, market analysis and consulting services for real estate in French-speaking Switzerland.
The new office on Rue Saint-Martin is now to become the joint location; a total of 20 employees will work there under the management of Vincent Leroux. The physical merger of the two teams is an important step in the already successful integration, CBRE informs.
CBRE Switzerland Managing Director Florian Kuprecht says the opening of the new office in Lausanne will allow the company to provide clients in the important market area with greater local expertise. CBRE's continued expansion and diversification in Switzerland reflects the company's commitment to tailor its service offering more broadly to the needs of our clients, he said.
CBRE employs more than 120 people in Switzerland in Zurich, Geneva, Basel and Lausanne. (ah)
