Losinger Marazzi plans residential development in Riehen
Losinger Marazzi is building the Hinter Gärten residential development in Riehen (BS) with a total of 57 units. Construction is scheduled to start at the beginning of 2021.
The Hinter Gärten residential project consists of ten terraced houses, a row building with 23 apartments, and three point houses with eight apartments each. In addition, there is a parking garage with 71 parking spaces.
The development was designed by Morger Partner Architekten and landscape architects Bryum. According to Losinger Marazzi, the apartments are characterized by bright, light-flooded rooms with well thought-out floor plans and high-quality materials. The existing trees on the site will be preserved as much as possible and supplemented with new, native plants. The Nature and Economy Foundation has awarded the development a preliminary certificate for the exterior design, and the terraced houses are aiming for Minergie certification.
The project is located not far from the village center; Riehen train station can be reached on foot in ten minutes or by bus in three minutes. According to Losinger Marazzi, a good 60% of the 57 apartments had been reserved by the end of September - two months after the marketing launch.
The building permits for the project are legally binding, and construction is scheduled to begin in early 2021. Handover to the owners is planned for the end of 2022. (ah)
