Procimmo project in Collombey-Murraz nearing completion
In Collombey-Murraz (VS), a superstructure with a senior residence will soon be handed over. The project belongs to the Procimmo fund Immo56.
The Fonds Immobilier-CH pour Institutionnels 56j (Immo56) has acquired the property in Collombey-Murraz in 2019 with a building permit for a senior residence. The property is adjacent to the "Maison Santé Valais," a health center with specialists, radiologists, osteopaths, a pharmacy and an orthopedic shoemaker, among others.
The result is a development with 85 apartments for senior citizens, a balneotherapy center and three stores. According to Procimmo, the apartments are now about to be handed over to the construction management as scheduled. Operations are scheduled to begin in the first quarter of 2021; a 15-year lease has been signed with the operator Relais d'Or. (ah)
