JSR Life Sciences becomes anchor tenant at Stellar 32
The Japanese group JSR Life Sciences has leased 11,300 sqm of office and laboratory space in the Stellar 32 commercial property in Plan-les-Ouates (GE). This is almost half of the total usable space in the property.
According to M3 Groupe, developer of Stellar 32, JSR Life Sciences Group will locate its KBI Biopharma and Selexis subsidiaries at the property next year. The two pharmaceutical companies are expected to share 11,300 sq. ft. of office and laboratory space. In total, Stellar 32 has about 32,000 sq. ft. of usable space.
The object is located in the industrial zone of Plan-les-Ouates. In addition to the work areas, the development also includes a hotel with 118 rooms, a fitness center and a restaurant. (ah)
