Start of construction for Bonainvest project in Langnau am Albis
The official start of construction for the Langmoos development in the Zurich municipality of Langnau am Albis was celebrated on 9 November 2020. Developer Bonainvest is constructing a building with 53 apartments.
A building with 53 rental apartments (1.5 to 5.5 rooms) is being constructed on Langmoosstrasse in an estimated two and a half years. The new building is being constructed directly next to the Sonnegg residential and care centre and will one day be directly connected to it by a walkway. In addition to the rented apartments, the new building will house the municipality's Spitex base as well as the Sonnegg residential and care centre's day activity centre. The development will also have a parking garage with 67 parking spaces and outdoor parking spaces.
According to the developer Bonainvest AG, the 23 sqm to 160 sqm apartments are built completely without thresholds and are digitally networked. A security concept with a round-the-clock emergency call service is integrated, and services from Bonacasa, a subsidiary of Bonainvest, can also be obtained.
This is the second project that Bonainvest is realizing in Langnau am Albis, having previously built the Wolfgrabenstrasse development. (ah)
