Start of construction for Turidomus project in Horw/Kriens
The Turidomus Investment Foundation has received building permission for two residential properties in the Brickworks Park in the municipalities of Horw and Kriens (LU).
The two buildings, designed by noAarchitecten from Brussels and Baumann Roserens from Zurich, will house a total of 207 apartments as well as service areas on the ground floor. According to the Turidomus Investment Foundation, the focus is on student housing in shared apartments and studios as well as affordable 2.5- to 4.5-room apartments. Construction work has already begun and the target occupancy date is the end of 2022.
The objects will be built in the near-natural, public brickworks park of the municipalities of Kriens and Horw, close to the railway station.
The Turidomus Investment Foundation is constructing the buildings for its Urban & Mixed-Use investment group. (ah)
