Swissinvest buys in Zurich

According to the fund management company Pensimo, the Swissinvest Real Estate Investment Fund acquired the centrally located office property at the beginning of December as part of a share deal. The market value is reportedly around 55 million with rental income of 1.38 million.

The Titanhaus at Stauffacherstrasse 45 in Zurich's Kreis 4 is fully let, in some cases with long-term contracts. In addition to the office use, the property includes 29 parking spaces, and there is an apartment on the top floor. The main tenants are the city and canton of Zurich, which account for over 80% of the rental income. According to Pensimo, the remaining tenants are active in the IT and healthcare sectors. (ah)
