The residential tower will house around 140 apartments as well as a restaurant and commercial space. There will be 85 apartments, 52 of which are furnished according to the micro-living concept of Artisa subsidiary City Pop. These are fully furnished and equipped studios of between 21 and 60 sqm, which can be booked for periods of between four weeks and a year.

The tower is surrounded by a park of more than 2,500 sqm. The high-rise building, which comprises 26 storeys including the ground floor with shop and commercial space as well as the three basement storeys, will be supplemented by a five-storey base building (with ground floor and basement) in the south and a two-storey base building towards the north.

The underground car park will provide space for around 127 car parking spaces, 280 parking spaces for light two-wheelers and seven motorcycle parking spaces, as well as shelters. The target move-in date is April 2023. (bw)
