Dietikon: Intershop sells commercial property
Intershop Holding AG reports the sale of a commercial property in Dietikon (ZH). The building had been in the real estate company's portfolio since 2009.
On December 18, 2020, Intershop sold a commercial property at Lagerstrasse 6-8 in Dietikon, which it acquired in 2009 during the financial crisis, to a Swiss institutional investor.
According to the Zurich-based real estate company listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange, the property, which was originally acquired as a sale-and-leaseback transaction, is now leased long-term to two solvent companies. With a sales price of CHF 54 million, Intershop realized a profit contribution in the low double-digit millions, the company said. (bw)
