Lugano: Artisa Group acquires commercial property

SPG Intercity Zurich AG has sold a property in Lugano on behalf of the owner EFG Bank AG, which has "considerable development potential," according to the real estate consulting company.
The buyer is Artisa Group AG, a Swiss company in the field of development and management of real estate investments on the Swiss and European market.
Among other things, the property currently houses a five-story office property that was previously fully leased to a software and financial services company.
