Zurich: Bouygues E&S InTec rents 3,000 sqm office space in Altstetten
Bouygues Energies & Services InTec Switzerland will have a location in Zurich-Altstetten from April 2021: SPG Intercity has found office space for the subsidiary of the French construction group in the property at Buckhauserstrasse 22.
Bouygues Energies & Services InTec Schweiz AG, a Swiss subsidiary of the French construction group Bouygues Construction specializing in building technology and management, employs around 4,100 people at over 90 locations in Switzerland. For its Zurich location, Bouygues E&S InTec Switzerland needed new office space with better transport links and commissioned SPG Intercity Zurich with the search.
In the business property "Block 22" at Buckhauserstrasse 22, in the middle of dynamic Zurich-Altstetten, SPG Intercity Zurich was able to lease over 3,000 sqm of office space for the company. Bouygues E&S InTec will move into the new location in April 2021. (bw)
