Geneva: H&M Home Store opens on Rue de la Croix-d'Or
At the beginning of December, H&M Home opened a store in Geneva at Rue de la Croix-d'Or 3. The building is owned by Swiss Life, which was advised on the letting by CBRE Switzerland.
In the immediate vicinity of competitor Zara Home, H&M subsidiary H&M Home opened its third Swiss store in Geneva's top shopping location on December 10, 2020: The new location at 3 rue de la Croix-d'Or offers over 700 sqm of retail space on three floors.
The property is owned by Swiss Life, which was represented by CBRE Switzerland in the leasing of the store. According to CBRE, the Rue de la Croix-d'Or store is H&M Home's first high street stand-alone location in Switzerland; until now, the H&M Group home accessories label had only been represented in two shopping centers.
