Frutiger can build over Flugbrunnen site in Bolligen
Frutiger AG can realize its planned residential development on the Flugbrunnen site in Bolligen (BE). The building permit for the project has been issued.
The school complex Flugbrunnen with the gymnasium and the administration building of the municipality of Bolligen can be demolished, the governor Christoph Lerch has decided and at the same time granted the building permit for a superstructure with 74 residential units.
According to a statement by the Bern-Mittelland district governor's office, a total of 14 objections were lodged against the building project of Frutiger AG. Residents had criticized, among other things, the volume of the building. However, the government governor came to the conclusion that the objections were unfounded.
Frutiger AG can thus realize its development with a total of 74 condominiums and rental apartments. The site also includes an old, listed school building. Here, areas for services and commerce are planned. (ah)
