Regensdorf: Allianz Suisse acquires Studer-Revox site
According to regional media reports, Allianz Suisse has acquired the Studer Revox building in Regensdorf, which is to make way for a residential development. The seller of the project is Mobimo Holding AG.
Like the Zürcher Unterländer reportsMobimo Holding AG has sold the former Studer Revox building in Regensdorf (ZH), including the project development planned there, to Allianz Suisse; the purchase price is reported to be CHF 110 million.
Plans to build a replacement building with more than 200 rental apartments on the site near Regensdorf station have been in place for some time. The Mobimo project envisaged demolishing the Studer-Revox building and constructing a perimeter block development along Althardstrasse, Ostring and Feldstrasse on the 12,500 sqm site according to plans drawn up by Zurich architects Marazzi + Paul.
In the building blocks, which frame an inner courtyard, space for commercial enterprises and shops is to be created on the ground floors and 204 rental apartments, predominantly with 2.5 to 3.5 rooms, on the six upper floors. (bw)
