Rothenburg: Building plans in the Gimmermee become concrete
In the Gimmermee area in the municipality of Rothenburg (LU), a development with single-family houses and rental apartments will be built starting in 2021.

The Gimmermee in the Lucerne agglomeration municipality of Rothenburg is to be built over from 2021, as soon as the municipality has completed the access roads into the area. Two subprojects are initially planned:
BF Berger + Frank AG of Sursee plans to build a total of 19 semi-detached and terraced single-family houses in eight structures (5.5 and 6.5 rooms, living space between approx. 135 sqm and 170 sqm) on its site; the project also includes a parking garage with 40 spaces. According to the information on the project website, the houses are already all reserved.
The Rothenburg housing cooperative (Wobaro) is building a development with 13 rental apartments (2.5 to 4.5 rooms) and five terraced single-family houses on its site. Other parts of the site have been sold to private individuals, where detached single-family houses can be built on nine plots. Construction of the projects by BF Berger + Frank and Wobaro is scheduled to start in summer 2021, with occupancy at the end of 2022. (ah)
