Zurich: MSCI Barra leases space in Prime Tower
The financial services provider MSCI Barra (Suisse) Sàrl has become a tenant in the Prime Tower in Zurich West. The company was supported by SPG Intercity Zurich in its search for new office space.
MSCI is one of the leading international financial services providers and is particularly known for its equity indices. For its Zurich location, the Swiss branch MSCI Barra (Suisse) Sàrl required high-quality new office space for its newly acquired subsidiary Carbon Delta and commissioned SPG Intercity Zurich, Swiss alliance partner of Cushman & Wakefield, to find a suitable space.
In the Prime Tower, SPG Intercity Zurich was able to lease a space of over 500 sqm on behalf of MSCI Barrra, which the company will take over before the end of January 2021. (bw)
