Dietikon: UBS Swissreal acquires commercial property
UBS (CH) Property Fund - Swiss Commercial Swissreal was able to acquire a commercial property in a central location in Dietikon (ZH) for its portfolio in the fourth quarter of 2020.
According to the fund management of UBS Swissreal, the transfer of ownership took place on December 18, 2020. The commercial property comprises three plots of land, on which there are two separate commercial properties with around 16,000 sqm of leasable space.
According to the information provided, both properties are fully leased on a long-term basis "to two tenants with strong credit ratings and thus offer the fund stable cash flows over the next few years". In addition, future development potential is expected as a result of the very good macro and micro location in conjunction with the dynamic development of Dietikon. (bw)
