SRPF finds major tenant for property in Vernier
JSS Real Estate Management, the fund management company of the Suisse Romande Property Fund (SRPF), has found an office tenant for the Arcenter in Vernier (GE).
The lease for more than 2,500 sqm of office space at the property at Route de Peney 2-4 has been signed for ten years, effective January 1, 2021, JSS Real Estate Management said. The contract will generate more than 4% of the portfolio's revenue.
According to Dan Bihi-Zenou, CEO of JSS Real Estate Management, the tenant belongs to Geneva-based real estate company M3 Group. (ah)
