MoneyPark with new location in Basel
MoneyPark has been a new tenant in the Grosspeter Tower in Basel since the beginning of the year. The company has rented around 900 sqm of office space there.
As the office space on Sternengasse in Basel had become too small over the years for the branch, which has been in operation since 2012, MoneyPark moved to a new location in Basel at the beginning of the year: On the 4th floor of the Grosspeter Tower, the mortgage provider and real estate specialist has rented around 900 sqm of office space.
The building, which won an award for its energy efficiency, is located in the St. Alban district of Basel, a ten-minute walk from the Basel SBB train station and directly adjacent to a bus stop and the A2 and A3 highway connections.
At the new location, 13 MoneyPark employees are working; seven consulting rooms are available. Furthermore, a large back office is adjacent to the new branch, where 24 employees of the subsidiary Finovo are active in mortgage servicing for insurance companies and pension funds. (bw)
