Root: Abendrot Foundation and Halter plan housing development
A housing estate with a total of 130 apartments is planned on the outskirts of Root (LU). The Abendrot Foundation and Halter AG are realizing the project together.
The elevated plot on the outskirts of Root is to be developed with twelve apartment buildings; the investor tender was won by a project of the Abendrot Foundation.
Abendrot wants to develop the newly zoned building land, which was taken over with a design plan, with Halter AG: Halter will realize six buildings in condominium ownership, Abendrot six houses with rental apartments, the foundation says. In total, around 130 new apartments will be built by autumn 2024. (ah)
