The pharmaceutical company will move into new offices on the Rösslimatt site at Lucerne railway station from 2025 and has last autumn already 18,000 sq. ft. leased.

Until the new offices are ready for occupancy, the company has leased a further 7,500 sqm in the former Swisscom building at Geissensteinring 45 as swing space, according to CBRE; the former Swisscom office space will be used as an interim solution. In addition, CBRE Switzerland has been managing the client in a lease renewal of 4,000 sqm at its previous location on Weystrasse. (ah)
