The entire Oassis residential and commercial development was built on a site in Crissier and is considered one of the largest site developments in western Switzerland; CHF 320 million was invested. The property is owned by Patrimonium Swiss Real Estate Fund, Patrimonium Investment Foundation and a vessel for active investors.
The senior residence with an investment volume of over CHF 50 million was realized with Losinger-Marazzi AG as total contractor. Patrimonium Asset Management AG developed the land since 2012 for a third party, from which the healthcare real estate investment group took over the land with the new construction project in 2017.
