Geneva: Turidomus investment foundation makes an acquisition
The Turidomus Investment Foundation has acquired a residential property in Geneva for its Urban & Mixed-use investment group.
The residential property is located at 31 and 33 rue Ernest-Bloch in the popular Eaux-Vives district, very close to the new Genève-Eaux-Vives commuter railway station. The building, built in 1967, is part of the Squares de Montchoisy complex and comprises 82 apartments with 1.5 to 4.5 rooms.
According to Turidomus, the transaction was concluded directly at the beginning of 2021. According to the seller m3 Immobilier Commercial, it has a volume of CHF 54 million. (ah)
