Zurich: Ambassador House 95 percent let
Sunrise Communications AG has leased a further 6,000 sqm of office space at Ambassador House in Opfikon. This brings the occupancy rate to 95 percent.
The real estate services provider CBRE has been commissioned to lease the Ambassador House in Glattpark and was able to win Sunrise Communications AG as an anchor tenant for around 17,000 sqm of office space in August 2017. Now, Sunrise has decided to expand within the business center and has leased an additional 6,000 sq. ft. of office space, CBRE reports.
The occupancy rate in Ambassador House, with a total of 38,000 sqm of leasable space, is thus currently 95 percent. The CBRE Investor Leasing team acted as advisor and broker in the transaction. (bw)
