Rudolfstetten: Laying of the foundation stone for Bonainvest development
In the municipality of Rudolfstetten-Friedlisberg (AG), the foundation stone has been laid for the "Am Mühlebach" residential and commercial building. Developer Bonainvest is constructing an eight-storey building with rental apartments and service areas.
The new building "Am Mühlebach" is being constructed on the site between the railway station, Friedlisbergstrasse and the street Am Mühlebach in the growing village centre of Rudolfstetten-Friedlisberg. The building comprises 28 rental apartments with 1.5 to 3.5 rooms (46 sqm to 75.5 sqm) according to the Bonacasa Smart Living concept. In addition to a threshold-free construction and a round-the-clock emergency call service, there is an optionally available range of services, including apartment cleaning, laundry service and holiday absence service.
Service areas are planned for the ground floor of the new building. The construction project also includes a parking garage with 29 parking spaces for tenants and six additional spaces for visitors and customers. The surrounding area will be designed as a public square. The developer Bonainvest says it will implement a bus stop next to the building. The development should be ready for occupancy in summer 2022. (ah)
