Zurich: PSP plans "Zürcherhof" redevelopment
PSP Swiss Property wants to convert the "Zürcherhof" near Bellevue in Zurich into a "first-class commercial building".
The "Zürcherhof" has a total of seven floors above ground. While retail and gastronomy uses are still planned for the lower level, there will be high-quality office space from the first to the sixth floor in the future. The first floor of the building at Limmatquai 4 currently houses, among other things, a branch of the US coffee house chain Starbucks.
PSP is targeting the overall refurbishment of the property from the beginning of 2022. Occupation of the rental space is planned from mid-2023. Approximately 400 sqm of office space will be available for rent per floor, with a total of 2,928 sqm of usable office space. In addition, there will be a new 46 sqm roof terrace and around 150 sqm of retail space on the first floor. On 200 sqm on the ground floor, it will still be possible to use the space for a café.
