Zurich: Dental technology company rents in Yond
Dentsply Sirona, a manufacturer of dental products, leases 1,000 sqm of office space in the Yond SPS building in Zurich-Albisrieden.
SPG Intercity Zurich brokered the new office space for Dentsply Sirona in the Yond commercial property at Albisriederstrasse 253 on behalf of the dental technology company. The tenant will move into the new location in summer 2021.
The Yond building is a project development of the Swiss Prime Site Group (SPS). Realization took place between the end of 2017 and the end of 2019. The innovative service and commercial building with a total floor area of 15,200 sqm offers tenants flexible workspaces and room heights of up to 5.5 meters, which can be individually designed and subdivided using a specially developed modular system.
