Emmen: Last sales stage in field one begins
Marketing of the final phase of the Feld Eins residential development at Feldbreite in Emmen is starting earlier than planned. The interest in the affordable and ecologically sustainable condominiums is greater than expected.
The client Develop Invest AG is realizing a project by Graber Pulver Architekten on the Emmer Feldbreite with the Feld Eins development. It will feature 2.5- to 5.5-room apartments with outdoor spaces such as gardens, conservatories, loggias or terraces. According to Advendis, which is responsible for marketing the project, purchase prices start at CHF 505,000. 90% of the apartments in the first two stages - Haus Süd and Haus Ost - have already been sold.
Since the interest was greater than expected, the marketing of the third and final sales stage is now beginning, says Ivan Schweizer of Advendis. The last condominiums should be ready for occupancy in the fall of 2022.
The ecologically sustainable residential development is connected to a groundwater heat pump system with domestic hot water heating including a photovoltaic system and is certified according to Minergie. (ah)
