Balsthal: Starting signal for overbuilding on the Sagi site
On the Sagi site in the center of Balsthal (SO), a development of four apartment buildings is being built according to the Belano Zuhause concept.
The project developer Belano Group is realizing a project with four apartment buildings on the centrally located Sagi site at Falkensteinerstrasse 18 for the building owners Rütti AG and Belano Residenz AG. It comprises a total of 40 barrier-free, senior-friendly apartments (1.5 to 3.5 rooms) with loggia, balcony or seating area, as well as a cafeteria, a studio, a fitness room and a library as common areas. The Balsthal medical center and the Heuberger eye clinic will also be located in the development.
The apartments based on the Belano Zuhause concept include a 24/7 emergency call, an electronic locking system and a key safe. If required, additional services such as Spitex care, apartment cleaning or meal delivery can be booked via the in-house reception or an app.
The groundbreaking ceremony for the Belano Home in Balsthal is scheduled for May 10, 2021. The medical center and eye clinic should be ready for occupancy in winter 2022, and the apartments in spring 2023. The building will be LEA Gold certified. (ah)
